During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Maison Tymaart ships within the United States only.
International shipping will be available in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Maison Tymaart is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot make changes once the order has shipped.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
